Dr. Dunbar's education includes:
Dr. Andrew J. Dunbar practiced general dentistry and orthodontics in the U.S. Navy and private practice before he became an orthodontist. He served in San Diego, California, Okinawa, Japan, and in Bethesda, Maryland before seeking his Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.
Dr. Dunbar is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Rocky Mountain Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association, and Metropolitan Denver Dental Society. He has also served as the President of the Colorado Summer Orthodontic Meeting.
Dr. Dunbar and his wife, Jennifer, reside in Castle Pines North, and they have two daughters, Sierra and Jane. They are active members of Southeast Christian Church. In addition, Dr. Dunbar actively supports the community and schools by donating services to fundraising events and giving presentations to Middle and High Schools on the pursuit of dental and orthodontic careers.
Dr. Dunbar's hobbies include golf, skiing, family travel and especially watching the Colorado Avalanche rock the NHL!
